outlined issues below become effective.
RESERVING A BINDER ON THE LIST
- If you find you cannot get your payment in by
the time your reservation expires DO NOT tie up a binder for 7

you must ask for the 2 extension within 2 days of your reservation
expiration date. (see example below)

- You cannot ask for more than one extension.
- If you fail notify us as outlined above, the
binder you reserved will go back on the list the day your
reservation expires. NO MORE EXCEPTIONS
- If your circumstances have changed and you can
no longer afford the binder you reserved, be fair to others,
notify us so we can place the binder back on the list.
TRADES
If asking for a trade of a binder you can no
longer fit into:
- THE BINDER YOU SEND MUST BE IN
Excellent CONDITION
or it will promptly be sent back to you C.O.D. We WILL NOT pay to
have it shipped back to you.
- If we cannot ship it back to you C.O.D., you
will need to pay for return shipping before it is sent back to
you.
- If you fail to pay for return shipping within
the time frame we will give, your binder will be considered a
donation to the program and will become our property and then be
available to others

you.

Examples of Extension Rules:
USA Joe's expiration date is Oct 14, 200-.
Naturally, his reservation was granted on Oct 7, 200-. But Joe
discovers that he cannot pay for his binder by the expiration date.
What should he do?
USA Joe must request an extension on payment
within 2 days of it's due date, which would be asked for on or
before Oct 12, 200- to get it. If he asks for it after Oct. 12, it
will not be granted. He then takes the chance that his binder
being put back on the list at 11:59 pm the day of expiration, if
payment is not made or has not arrived by Oct 14, 200-. Any
payment made to Pay Pal after the expiration date will be refunded
(less Paypal fees) or if mailed in, the envelope marked 'Refused:
Return to Sender'
International Jack's expiration date is Oct 15,
200-. Naturally, his reservation was granted on Oct 1, 200-. But
Jack discovers that he cannot pay for his binder by the expiration
date. What should he do?
International Jack must request an extension on
payment within 7 days of it's due date, which would be asked for
on or before Oct 8, 200- to get it. If he asks for it after Oct.
8, it will not be granted. He then takes the chance that his
binder being put back on the list at 11:59 pm the day of
expiration, if payment is not made or has not arrived by Oct 15,
200-. Any payment made to Pay Pal after the expiration date will
be refunded (less Paypal fees) or if mailed in, the envelope
marked 'Refused: Return to Sender'
Why are we being so strict? because the
ratio of binders to people in need are not equal. We DO NOT have
enough binders to help everyone who needs one. People who tie up a
binder, knowing they cannot pay or find they cannot by the date due
and fail to notify us, are doing their fellow brothers a disservice
for their selfish behavior and we are tired of catering to those who
cannot or will not heed the reservation date or read the FAQ area.
WE ARE DONE being nice about it.

Can I ask
for a binder that is not listed and put me on a list to be notified
if one does come in?
>NO! That would not be fair to those
who check the page often. Ask for a binder listed or don't ask - we
mean it

What are your
requirements other than being FTM and low on funds?
> You must be 18 years old or older to reserve and purchase a
binder from this program. You are asked your age when you send in a request to
reserve a binder. If you are 18 and live with your parents or a parent and you express concern for
a parent finding out, you must then prove your age to us. A valid drivers
license, school ID or other form of legal ID that shows your mailing address,
your photo and your date of birth, will be acceptable. If we still feel there
will be a problem, we reserve the right to terminate any reservation and
agreement we may have come to. >If you are under 18, you must have a parent or both parents contact us
personally stating it is okay for you to reserve, pay for and receive a binder
for the purpose of binding your breast because of GID/GD. After discussing this
with a parent or guardian, we will then make arrangements for payment and
subsequent mailing of the item. > If for any reason we feel uncomfortable sending you a binder, say you
reserve a binder then later tell us your mother will get mad about you getting
it and we need to disguise the package, we may ask for a valid ID.
We reserve the right to
cancel all reservations, agreements and or send money back to you with no
binder if we feel uneasy about anything you have told us, if there will be a
problem with a parent or guardian or if we feel we have to deceive your parent
or spouse in order to send a binder to you. This rule is final and there will
be no negotiations further after. ADDENDUM: Bad attitudes will no longer be
tolerated. Emails that come across as shitty or impatient when you have been
alerted that your reservation is about to expire will result in a binder
reservation being cancelled. Rest assured, if your payment is in the mail at
that time, when it gets to Nick, it will be sent back to you unopened and no
binder sent.

Nick, why do I have to
tell you why I cannot afford a new Binder and why are there rules at all?
> First, to make sure these binders
go to guys who cannot afford them, to the best of my ability, I ask for certain
information about your particular situation so I am relatively sure you and
others cannot afford a new one. Sure, some people could create a long story that
they cannot afford a new binder and be lying from start to finish and I would
never be the wiser. However, because I still have faith in people, I trust that
what a person tells me is truth.
I ask because I need to; the program is for
those who cannot afford a new binder - period and the only way I can somewhat
ascertain that I am dealing with someone who cannot, is for them to explain as
best they can why.
In general, since 2001, I have not had many
problems. I have had only one complaint in all these years about the rules or
having to explain ones situation to me. It is my personal opinion that if
someone balks at the rules, they may not be on the level and it's best they go
to Underworks or another maker to buy a new binder.
The guys who donate their old binders to the
program always ~ ALWAYS~ make a comment to me in email or in a hand written note
with the binder or binders that they want their binder(s) to go to a guy or guys
who really cannot afford new one or someone in real need, or some other wording.
They really want to help those who are wondering how they can afford to bind
effective and safely.
Be certain, what anyone tells me in email about
their situation, will remain confidential and will not be shared by me with
anyone or on the site. Complains or shitty emails to me are fair game, such as
the one below. For the record, what he offered was way too much and I would not
have accepted it. His last reply was completely uncalled for.
________
My reply: April 23, 2006
I need you to re-read the FAQ area and send me
the information I outlined to go further on this.
Nick
________
His reply: Rc'd April 24, 2006
Yikes - never mind. When my family needed
clothing we just went to the church and we took from their closets with no
questions asked. Catch my drift. Big brother - indeed.
_______
My reply: April 26, 2006
I am very sorry you feel this way - I hope you
find what you need at your church.
be well, Nick

How do I determine a binder
in the program is right for me? > Review the binders on this page
then use the How to Measure formula to determine if the binder is right for you
and will fit properly Click for the How To Measure formula.
You will be required to send us both numbers and the answer you came up with
before we will reserve the binder for you. We have had too many problems of late
with guys who say a binder they got does not fit. Measuring is a requirement
from now on.

What do I do after I find a binder I like and determine it
should fit me? How do I reserve it? > You write down the binder name and the size then click on the email
icon to send us an email with your full name, your age, your address, your phone
number, the reason why you cannot afford a new binder. Also, you will now be
required to send us your measurement numbers before we will reserve the binder

ADDENDUM: As of June 14, 2006:
Bad attitudes will no longer be
tolerated!
You are expected to get your
payment in on time and if not, ask for an extension in a reasonable time!
Emails that come across as shitty or impatient, such as "Uh, no..."
when you have been asked if you have mailed your payment and alerted that your
reservation is about to expire, could result in a binder reservation being
cancelled on the spot!
Rest assured, if your
payment is in the mail and your reservation has been terminated, when your
payment gets to Nick, it will be sent back to you unopened and no binder sent.
Nick will not keep money for a binder if a binder is not sent in return under
any circumstances! Using this as an excuse not to send your payment on time is
absurd!
This rule is final.
If you have been alerted that
your binder reservation has been cancelled, there will be no further
negotiations thereafter. All emails will be ignored and you could be banned
from reserving another binder from this program indefinitely.
There are too many guys in need
out there for one or two people to tie up a binder over ungratefulness or
childishness.
YOU MUST TELL US WHY YOU
CANNOT AFFORD A NEW ONE, ALONG WITH THE INFORMATION WE ASK FOR ABOVE, IN YOUR
EMAIL! IF YOU DO NOT SEND THE INFORMATION CLEARLY OUTLINED ABOVE, WE WILL NOT
ANSWER YOUR EMAIL AND IF THE NEXT PERSON AFTER YOU ASKS FOR THE SAME BINDER AND
GIVES US ALL THE INFORMATION WE ASK FOR, IT WILL BE RESERVED FOR HIM, EVEN IF
YOU WERE FIRST. THIS FAQ AREA TOOK HOURS TO COMPILE - WE WILL REWARD THOSE WHO
READ IT BEFORE WE WILL EXPLAIN THE RULES TO SOMEONE WHO FEELS THEY DON'T NEED
TO! IN FACT, WILL WILL NO LONGER EXPLAIN IN AN EMAIL WHAT THE RULES ARE FROM
THIS DAY FORWARD; THIS AREA ALLEVIATES ANY QUESTIONS ANYONE MIGHT HAVE. 2-8-06

back.

How do I pay for my binder after it is determined it should
fit me? > You will be sent all payment options and delivery options is an email
along with a 'reserved until' date.
US guys have 7 days to get a payment made - do
NOT wait until the next to the last day to mail your payment. If your payment is
not here by the last day we give you, your binder will go back on the list and
when your money is received, if you mailed it, it will be marked Return to
Sender and not opened. if you pay through Pay pal a day after the due date, your
will be refunded your payment less fees we incur by Pay pal.
International guys have 14 days to get a
payment made - do NOT wait until the next to the last day to mail your payment.
If your payment is not here by the last day we give you, your binder will go

How much is shipping and handling?
> The cost
depends for shipping and handling on where you are and if you add anything to
your binder reservation - USA is usually $4 - International is usually
$7 or less. It could be more if you want Priority Mail (USA & International), Express
Overnight (Not available in some USA cities - Express Not an option for
International guys, or if you add something else to the cost of your binder,
such as a packer.

Why is it only one per person and can I buy another one
later? > Because there are so few binders and so many out there who cannot afford a
new one and simply don't yet know about this program, one per person is fair. I
used one binder for 3 years. You can reserve and buy another but the waiting time is 6
months from the last purchase to make sure others have an opportunity to get one
of the used binders.

Why do I have to be strapped
for cash or financially unable to buy a new one to qualify for this program?
> There are way too many guys out there unable to afford $30 + for a new
binder - they are barely making it each month just to survive as it is - why
should they go without? If you are able to afford a new binder and you say you
cannot just to get a cheaper binder, you are cheating someone who really needs
one, who really cannot afford one, out a binder that is beneficial to their body
image and mental well being.

I am a
size small and my breast cup size is an A (maybe less), do I need a binder
or do I need to bind at all? > NO!
A small mound of very
soft flesh with possibly some nipple protrusion on ones chest are really nothing
more than bumps. Consider your self extremely lucky! They can be easily
flattened by a tight T-shirt. There is no reason to bind! If you don't have to
bind, it's best that you don't! Binding is for people who have very defined
breast tissue that is easily seen. This necessitates binding if one wants to
hide their breasts.
Binding is often painful
and dangerous if not done properly or done even with a good binder for an
extended period of time. Binding compresses the rib cage, in most cases, which
in turn restricts breathing. Even a small amount of restriction can cause fluid
build up in the lung tissue.
Nick's Notes: Someone
this small ordered a small jog bra that was free, just pay shipping. I knew he
was a small but he didn't impart to me he was an A or smaller cup. I got an
upset email from him saying it didn't fit, too loose and didn't compress. I
asked what size his breast were and found out "an A or less". I told him the
above and to use tight T-shirts, like I did but he was still upset writing,
"What am I going to do now! I have noting to bind with!" He then stated he was
using a compression wrap like an Ace. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE THAT SMALL!
Think of the guys who are D, DD and over, like size F who, even with a good
binder, still cannot hide their breasts! You don't have it rough, at all! I hid
my Small B's with two tight T-shirts then a slightly larger shirt over them,
even in the hot summer, and was fine. You will be, too!

What if a binder
has an odor? Can I send it back for an exchange or refund?
> NO!
Wash it!
If it's underarm smell. spray some
Febreze on it then wash it. The smell will be gone.
I bought a used leather motorcycle
jacket from a pawn shop a few years ago. The pits were awful! I
sprayed Febreze on them and within a few hours, it had NO ODOR. I
later had it professionally cleaned.
There is no need, whatsoever, for
anyone to ask to send back a binder or frog that has some odor, for
an exchange or refund. A good washing is all they need most of the
time.
Just be grateful you have something.
