Why do I have to be strapped
for cash or financially unable to buy a new one to qualify for this program?

I am a
size small and my breast cup size is an A (maybe less), do I need a binder
or do I need to bind at all?
> NO!
A small mound of very
soft flesh with possibly some nipple protrusion on ones chest are really nothing
more than bumps. Consider your self extremely lucky! They can be easily
flattened by a tight T-shirt. There is no reason to bind! If you don't have to
bind, it's best that you don't! Binding is for people who have very defined
breast tissue that is easily seen. This necessitates binding if one wants to
hide their breasts.
Binding is often painful
and dangerous if not done properly or done even with a good binder for an
extended period of time. Binding compresses the rib cage, in most cases, which
in turn restricts breathing. Even a small amount of restriction can cause fluid
build up in the lung tissue.
Nick's Notes: Someone
this small ordered a small jog bra that was free, just pay shipping. I knew he
was a small but he didn't impart to me he was an A or smaller cup. I got an
upset email from him saying it didn't fit, too loose and didn't compress. I
asked what size his breast were and found out "an A or less". I told him the
above and to use tight T-shirts, like I did but he was still upset writing,
"What am I going to do now! I have noting to bind with!" He then stated he was
using a compression wrap like an Ace. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE THAT SMALL!
Think of the guys who are D, DD and over, like size F who, even with a good
binder, still cannot hide their breasts! You don't have it rough, at all! I hid
my Small B's with two tight T-shirts then a slightly larger shirt over them,
even in the hot summer, and was fine. You will be, too!

What if a binder
has an odor? Can I send it back for an exchange or refund?
> NO!
Wash it!
If it's underarm smell. spray some
Febreze on it then wash it. The smell will be gone.
I bought a used leather motorcycle
jacket from a pawn shop a few years ago. The pits were awful! I
sprayed Febreze on them and within a few hours, it had NO ODOR. I
later had it professionally cleaned.
There is no need, whatsoever, for
anyone to ask to send back a binder or frog that has some odor, for
an exchange or refund. A good washing is all they need most of the
time.
Just be grateful you have something.

How do I get this
thing on??

and cannot get it over your head, step into the neck and pull up
over the legs and torso then adjust breast tissue once it is in
place. That's the best way.

What if a binder does not fit me after I receive it?
>If you measured right, it should fit you. It is your responsibility to
measure yourself prior to reserving a binder to prevent this from happening; in
fact, it is now a requirement - granted, some binders are stretched out however,
we will make that known in the description. You will need to send us your numbers in your
email so we know you measured.
We cannot physically see you to measure you, so
we rely on your accuracy to make sure a binder is sent to you that will fit. The
How To Measure formula is
a successful method created by Underworks®. If for some reason something does
happen; you accidentally measure incorrectly or the binder is stretched out from
excessive wear prior to you receiving it, you can send the binder back for an
exchange IF something in your size is available. If another binder in your size
is not available, you can hang onto the binder until something does become
available or you can send it back for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping,
handling and confirmation choices are non-refundable.

Will you let me know if a
binder comes in that I can
exchange the old one for?
> It will be your responsibility to check the page for new additions in the
event something comes in that you wish to exchange for but all items coming in
are up for grabs by the first person who sends an email wishing to reserve it.
If someone sees the new addition before you do and sends an email asking to
reserve it, this is fair and it will be reserved for them.

How much time do I have to pay for my binder after I reserve
it?
> If you live in the USA, you have 7 days from the time we
acknowledge your
email and reserve it for you to pay for the item. If you live outside the USA,
you have 14 days from the time we acknowledge your
email and reserve it for you to pay for the item.
Weekends and Holidays no longer count

It is your responsibility to make a prompt
payment!
US guys have 7 days to get a payment made - do
NOT wait until the next to the last day to mail your payment then contact us
with an excuse. If your payment is
not here by the last day we give you, your binder will go back on the list and
when your money is received, if you mailed it, it will be marked Return to
Sender and not opened. if you pay through Pay pal a day after the due date, your
will be refunded your payment less fees we incur by Pay pal.
International guys have 14 days to get a
payment made - do NOT wait until the next to the last day to mail your payment.
If your payment is not here by the last day we give you, your binder will go

What if I cannot pay for the binder within the time frame
allowed for me?
> Do not reserve the binder. Others deserve a chance at these binders and
if a person ties up a binder 7 or 14 days knowing they cannot pay on time is
unfair and will no longer be tolerated.

What if I can pay for the binder then something comes up and
I can't in the time I am given?
> If you think you can and then something comes up, you need to contact
us immediately and either give up the binder reservation to the next person or
ask for a 2 day extension but USA guys cannot ask for an extension within 2 days
of your expiration date and International guys cannot ask for a 2
day extension within 7 days of expiration date. You must ask within
4 days of expiration date.
Examples:
USA Joe's expiration date is Oct 14, 200-.
Naturally, his reservation was granted on Oct 7, 200-.
USA Joe must request an extension on payment on
or before Oct 12, 200- to get it. If he asks for it after Oct. 12,
it will not be granted. He then takes the chance that his binder
being put back on the list at 11:59 pm the day of expiration, if
payment is not made or has not arrived by Oct 14, 200-. Any
payment made to Pay Pal after the expiration date will be refunded
(less Paypal fees) or if mailed in, the envelope marked 'Refused:
Return to Sender'
International Jack's expiration date is Oct 15,
200-. Naturally, his reservation was granted on Oct 1, 200-.
International Jack must request an extension on
payment on or before Oct 8, 200- to get it. If he asks for it
after Oct. 8, it will not be granted. He then takes the chance
that his binder being put back on the list at 11:59 pm the day of
expiration, if payment is not made or has not arrived by Oct 15,
200-. Any payment made to Pay Pal after the expiration date will
be refunded (less Paypal fees) or if mailed in, the envelope
marked 'Refused: Return to Sender'
If you fail to pay for your binder by the date you
are given and you do not contact us, the binder will go back on the list after
the mail runs that day or the next person on the waiting list for it will get
it. We will not be unfair to those who can get payment in on time.
If you mailed your payment or paid through
Paypal after the reservation expires, your payment will be refunded, less Paypal
fees and no
binder sent.

Why is there a time limit for payment at all?
> Everyone deserves a chance at any binder on this page. because there
are so few, letting a binder sit reserved until the person gets around to paying
isn't fair to others. The time frames given for US and non-US Transmen is fair
and has proven to be fair and achievable for many in the past.

Can I re-donate the binder after I have my chest surgery?
> Yes! Be sure to contact us in case there is a change in our mailing
address. You will be sent a free gift for doing so; An FTM Cock strap. Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund of your
purchase price because you have worn the binder and put it to good use for the

What if my binder is lost in
the mail and I never receive
it? Will I be sent a refund or a replacement?
> US GUYS ONLY:
Plan A: Your package will
be sent with Delivery Confirmation. I will confirm that your package has not
been delivered by looking up the Delivery Confirmation number on the USPS
website. If their site shows your package was delivered (it will not show an
address), it is up to you to prove otherwise. I suggest you file PS Form 1510
with your post office as a 'Rifled' item. You will not be sent a replacement
binder not given a refund of your purchase price until you can prove it was not
delivered to your house! See Plan B for further information.
Plan B: If the USPS site
shows the package has not been delivered, you and I will both need to file PS
Form 1510 with our respective post offices. You might check if there is a
different form you can fill out from you end, since you are the recipient and
feel your package has been lost. I will file PS Form 1510 from my end. This
shows me you are helping find the lost package and because you cannot file a
fraudulent report with the postal service, I will know that I am not being
scammed.
You are required to send me a
scanned copy or a photo copy of the form you filed in order for me to send you a
replacement binder, if available or refund your purchase prices (less S&H).
HOWEVER.....
A full 30 days must pass before
the above is fulfilled. We must give each respective postal service to get your
package to you. After the 30 day mark (from the date the package was mailed by
us), you will be contacted asking what you want; a replacement binder, if we
have one or a refund of the purchase price (less S&H). Refunds are made
through Paypal only.
A replacement binder (if
available) WILL NOT be sent without that valid form and even with the form
copy sent to me, will not be sent to you until 30 DAYS have passed from the
date I mailed your binder. We need to wait to see if your binder arrives within
that 30 day period before I proceed with another binder, if available or a
refund of your purchase price (less S&H).
This is non-negotiable.
If the original binder does
arrive, you are required to send it back! We will periodically check the
Delivery Confirmation sticker number on the USPS website. If one day it shows
you in fact were delivered the package, we will be contacting you asking you for
it back and or taking appropriate action to ensure it is returned for another to
have. Honesty goes a long way.
International: If your package
does not arrive within a reasonable time, you will given your customs sticker
number through email (you may have to request it from me). I will look up said
customs sticker number for delivery information through the USPS website.
HOWEVER.....
If the USPS website shows that
your package has been ACCEPTED into your country, it is out of our hands! We
cannot do a thing from here. You, like the US guys, will need to file the
appropriate paperwork in your country regarding a lost package and I will need a
copy of the part you keep for proof that you are actively searching for this
package. This will ensure that you will qualify for a replacement binder (if
available) or a refund of the purchase price of the binder, less shipping and
handling.
BUT...
A full 45 days must pass before
the above is fulfilled. We must give each respective postal service to get your
package to you. After the 45 day mark (from the date the package was mailed by
us), you will be contacted asking what you want; a replacement binder, if we
have one or a refund of the purchase price (less S&H). Refunds are made
through Paypal only.
If the original binder does
arrive, you are required to send it back! We will periodically check the customs
sticker number on the USPS website. If one day it shows you in fact were
