Notice: Your doctor's office must phone in a valid prescription in your name to any of these listed! As a rule, pharmacies prefer that you doctor make sure to state on your prescription for testosterone "TO BE COMPOUNDED" or state on the phone the same, if called in. You must then call the pharmacy and set up shipping and payment arrangements!
