I asked 2 things that he do to my chest while he was marking my chests. The first was to make my nipples on the small size (I have nickel sized nipples), and the other was to let me know how much weight he removed (when he called me the night of surgery he told me he took off 5.25 pounds). I still have a lot of weight to lose for optimal results and the dog ears were expected considering my large size and my weight.

Surgery Date 12-20-2001 | Surgery Type Double Incision w/nipple grafts | Picture Date 10-29-02 ~11 Months Post-op | Testosterone Start Date 04-2001 | Surgeon Brownstein | Had Revision No | Want Revision Yes | Prior Size: large C | Bound Prior Yes | Had Drains Yes | Lipo Yes | Cost $6800 | Comment: Brownstein is an amazing surgeon primary purpose it to create an aesthetically pleasing chest that is symmetrical and will not draw attention.  I do want a revision for a small band of tissue on the right side.  I might also get my scars reduced on the sides (went a little heavy on the lifting so it stretched the scars a bit, but I'm not too worried about it).  Chest hair is a godsend and really helps hide my scars.  I have no problem being anywhere without my shirt and don't feel self conscious about it at all.  I know some balk at the idea of double incision because of the scars, but in my opinion, scars are much better than breasts.  Plus, it allows for the best contour.
