elastics will tear or stretch out under certain conditions such
as, but not limited to, how long you have had the item, how rough
on your cock sock [clothing, in general] when worn or how your
item has been cared for from the beginning.
Possible
reasons for problems:

Improper
washing:
Always wash on gentle cycle and do not place in the washer or
dryer along with clothing that has zippers, snaps or sharp
edges. This will cause damage to the fabric.

How you
put on or take off your Cock Sock:
If you pull on the pouch to position the waistband low on your
hips, the seams that attach the fabric to the elastic will begin
to stress then will certainly rip after!

Improper
Sizing:
If you did not measure your low hip area [where men's under wear
is worn] and ordered your waistband too small, it will not last
as long. This will cause the elastic to stretch out and cause
stress at the seams! All waistband sizes are based on popular
men's underwear sizes and are often a little wider.
There is no
reason, whatsoever, why you cannot get at least 6 months of
trouble free use before you see any stress in the fabric or
elastic. Some users, who have taken good care of their cock

How long
this item lasts is up to you.
The Warrantee:

If a seam
comes undone, that is a manufacture issue and you should alert
us the moment that something happens- not when you are ready to
order again.

a 30 day warrantee regarding any tears or seam issues occurring.
If there is a failure, you can send back for repairs or
replacement within that 30 day period with no charges incurred
to you for the service After that 30 days, the warrantee has
expired.

Warrantee
starts 7 days after item is mailed and lasts for 30 calendar
days thereafter.

Any items
sent back within that time, will be inspected. If it's a
manufacture error, it will be very obvious then the warrantee
will be honored.
No
exceptions - all sales final - no refunds - no discount on future
orders unless it's determined for certain that the problem derived
from the manufacturer.
