The size of the STUD recommended for Transmen under 6 feet is small because the size of the average male flaccid (soft) penis is 3.5" - 4" long. This size soft packer has bigger balls than the longer softies (except for the very large size!).  This size makes it even more realistic to users and more aesthetically and visually pleasing. A longer STUD is now available, 5.5". It has smaller flatter balls - they are as big around as the small but are flatter on the backside.

the RECEPTACLE AND SIZES PLUS HOW THEY ARE MADE

The size that is best for an individual is a personal preference. They all function the same. The Mega has somewhat of a better flow for those who cannot control the flow of their urine but none can handle a very fast flow. You must control how fast you urinate and practice to develop a feel for what is too strong and fast and what is not.

If you cannot control the flow of your urine, you should not use any stand to urinate packer or prosthetic.

The receptacle used is made from a different kind of medicine spoon others don't use or know about. These come with a cap to help keep receptacle drip free, clean and you safe from the edges. When you finish using the restroom, you shake off excess urine from the tip like a regular guy.

Now offering a longer version of this medicine spoon!!! The Mega-Flow Receptacle will handle a faster flow than the shorter ones. Instead of having to really concentrate and manage your urine flow into a smaller receptacle, the test performed under a sink faucet on the new Mega-Flow was amazing - the flow was almost on full - impossible with shorter receptacles.

All FTM STUD^© Receptacle sizes are made from pre-manufactured medicine spoons. The OD (outer diameter) is 1inch and 5/8ths (approx. 2.5" around the circumference using a tape measure). They are round.  Before the receptacle is assembled, the entire length of the un-cut receptacle plus the end that goes under the urethra opening is dipped into a special rubber coating 2 times, drying between each coat to make the edges less sharp and more comfortable. This also aids in the strength of the receptacle itself. The body is now clear with just the tip coated to make it easier for you to see how clean it is. This coating is inert (safe) when dry however, irritation is always possible with some people. You cannot choose the color; these are just listed to let you know what color they might be dipped in. Please do not ask for a specific color.

NEW & IMPROVED!   The FTM STUD is constantly improving!

As of AUGUST 25, 2007. We are no longer using a security pin to keep the inner o-rings in place!

The receptacle is either fully or partially coated (depending on the length) with the first stage o-ring in place before dipping, making it a permanent part of the receptacle and making the receptacle stringer and guards against any cracks. Even if the receptacle is cracked in transit (we wrap it with bubble wrap before packaging), it will not leak because of this coating. It bonds to the plastic becoming part of the receptacle.

The second stage o-ring is permanently attached to the outside of the amber latex tubing. It is then permanently joined with the first stage o-ring inside the receptacle with an impervious glue. There is not need to worry about the security pin impeding urine flow or rusting from the acidity of your urine.

We have also eliminated the long tube that went inside the amber latex tubing! There's no need for it!

NOTE! The tubing no longer extends to the tip nor slightly protrudes - the manufacturer of the softy packer makes a style with the hole already inside before packaging. We still use the hollow tool to insert tubing but recess the end about 1/2 inch inside the tip for a more natural look and feel. NEVER use ANY urinary packer fore sex, even if the maker states you can! It is too dangerous and no one can promise that the tubing will not come through the tip and injure your partner or yourself.

NOTE! The composition of the packer material causes the latex amber tubing to swell inside the packer shaft. This occurs with all urinary packers made by us, DJ and the Mango. Not only does this tumescence help anchor the tubing inside, it opens the I.D. bore (inner diameter opening) from a 1/4" ID to about 1/2" ID, which allows more fluid to pass through easily the shaft.

NOTE! Please be aware that the swelling of the tubing can cause a semi-erect shaft. It is best that you get the FTM Cock Strap© included in the set. It has a Tamer Strap for the shaft, keeping it down and centered. if you opt for the FTM Cock Sock©, you will need to wear snug underwear to tame this semi-erection.

NOTE! This swelling makes it very difficult to pull the tubing completely out. Besides, pulling the tubing is not recommended nor is it even necessary. If you are the type who likes to take things apart to see how they are made, as us to tell you about it. We will not repair any STUD that has had the tubing pulled out - it take a a lot of force to do this and we'll know it was intentional.

 ADVICE & DISCLAIMER:

There is no implied or stated promise that the FTM STUD will work for you. Your anatomy may be such that the receptacle offered doesn't do the job. However, the majority who have either style can use it successfully. The receptacle sizes offered work very well.

The FTM STUD does not sit flush against your pelvic area! This is normal. No two persons anatomy is the same however, the receptacle sizes offered do accommodate most.

Please note that you must hold the tip of the FTM STUD penis shaft downward at a 45º angle for gravity to help with the flow and deter backflow.

FYI: Men do NOT hold their penis out straight when they urinate! They point it straight down parallel with their body! Do not expect to hold the FTM STUD shaft straight out and expect it to work; it will not work that way!

It is strongly advised that you do not wear your FTM STUD all day, every day. The FTM STUD is for regular to occasional use wearing for only a few hours at a time.

NEVER wear the receptacle between your legs near or on your genitals or inside your vaginal cavity when not in use!

Body heat, soaps you use, oils and substances on your hands or other unknown issues can contaminate and deteriorate the packer which can cause the packer skin to fall apart or rip.

Wearing The FTM STUD or any urinary packer for many hours can result in irritation or infection to genital area.

NEVER wear the receptacle between your legs near or on your genitals or inside your vaginal cavity when not in use!

The FTM STUD is not perfect nor will it ever be. If you expect perfection, please do not request one be made for you.

The FTM S.T.U.D.^©  packer adapted for use as a urinary packer. Sizes offered are small and medium. The colors offered are pink or mocha latte <light coffee with cream color>.

• Added charges:

• Substituting one FTM Cock Sock© instead of the FTM Cock Strap© that comes with the set ands is recommended: $10 for the first FTM Cock Sock©. If you want more than one, all added after 1 will be $12 each.

• As of July 3, 2007, the draw string/concealment bag is now optional; you must request it or it will not be made or sent. The bag will be $5 extra

The FTM Cock Strap^© HAS A STRAP HOLDER and is adapted for use with The FTM S.T.U.D.^© This is achieved by adding an additional opening on the backside of the strap then adding a strap to the backside so the receptacle and tubing can be slipped into when not in use, keeping it out from between your legs.  Colors available are Black or White.

The FTM Cock Sock^© HAS A POUCH HOLDER and needs no alteration for use with The FTM S.T.U.D.^©; you just tuck the receptacle back inside the back of the pouch when through. I just wanted to let you know that I received the STUD last night.  I tried it out immediately (in the shower, of course) and I was pleased and slightly amazed to find that it worked very well.  The first time there was some dribble towards the end, but the second time I managed to keep it all in the tube.  The only think I have to remember now is to make sure the tube continues draining even after I finish, as the second time I flipped the tube out and, well... let's just say it's a good thing I was in the shower again!  lol... I think I'll probably practice at home a few more times before I go out and try to use it in a public restroom...

 

Anyway, I wanted to say thank you very much.  I think this device will make a huge difference in my everyday life, at least when using the bathroom!

I received the STUD today, opened it as soon as I went inside the house, read the instructions, positioned said packer, and "Oila!!"  It works better for me (Did I mention perfectly??) than the XXXXXX did!!! Being not-so-content with sitting down to pee, I gave up and discarded the Mango a few months ago. It just leaked too many times for me. 

 

The Mega-Flow receptacle is perfect for me, as well as the shape of the "spoon". And, I must add the directions of pointing down is the key to success for all (I reckon). It is well made, and will endure many pilgrimages to the men's room.

Got the STUD yesterday.  Never thought I'd be so happy to accidentally piss on myself (try first, read instructions later).  After the instructions, I realized I had to point my dick down (duh) and....perfect!  No leaks, nothin.  So easy to use.  More practice and I'll be at public urinals in no time.
