PHALLOPLASTY: Older Method: Abdominal Flap

Photo 1 shows how the surgeon marks the area to be re-sected.
This is where the abdominal pedicle flap will be taken from to fashion a
phallus/penis. It is recommended to have the hair removed from the site by laser
or by electrolysis Photo 2 shows the crude penis, stage
2.This is called a 'suitcase handle' surgery. The flap from the abdomen is
rolled inside out and a skin graft from the thigh is used to cover the
tube/flap, making a penis. The inside is hollow. It is connected to the clitoral
area that is already enlarged from hormones. This new phallus is left this way
for about 6-8 weeks for the neophallus to mature and form a good blood supply
Photo 3 shows what the new phallus looks like after it has healed
and a healthy blood supply has been achieved. The phallus will be released from
the abdomen, the surgeon will do some creative stitching to make a corona/head
of the penis, and the testicles will be fashioned from the labia majora with
silicone implants (included in the cost). The urethra will sit behind the
scrotum. One must either sit to urinate or use a urinary devise that threads
through the penis, enabling urination while standing. One must go to another
surgeon for the Urethraplasty and vaginectomy. Many have reported sex is
achievable without the help of a 'baculum' or a silicone rod that slides into
the penis facilitating a natural erection. If you have heard that this surgery
does not facilitate orgasm, they are wrong! Orgasm can be achieved; the
mechanics just change. I am not sure why they spread these rumors.

The cost of this phalloplasty was $11,200.00 = please check for any changes in
