Metoidioplasty with
Urethraplasty & testicle implants
The two photos above were
submitted via email by the owner. This is clearly a Metoidioplasty with
testicle implants with urethraplsty. Nice girth on this guy, very impressive
all the way around.

Abdominal Pedicle Flap & Forearm Phalloplasty
Dr.
Peter Haertsch with Urethraplasty by Dr.'s Hunter-Smith and
Ceber
This phalloplasty
was originally carried out by Dr. Peter Haertsch in 1993 using the 'suitcase
handle' technique. There was no urethra created through the phallus which means
that urination standing was not viable. Implants were not
inserted at this time either. There was no glans definition created at the time
of this surgery. In February 2001, Drs Hunter-Smith and Ceber used flesh from
the [patient's] left forearm to make a urethra. This was enables the [patient]
to urinate from a standing position. Glans definition was also created by Drs
Hunter-Smith and Ceber at this time.
