Soft packers are made (by a manufacturer) by pouring a hot liquid, similar to special effects 'elasti-gel'**, into molds then cooled while in the molds.

Their skin is remarkably resilient, tough and hard to split or rip, even with a small tear.

The shaft can stretch more than 50 times it's length and snap back undamaged and to its original form.

1: Question:
How long will it take to make my STUD STP and/or STUD STP with Gear?

Answer:
At present, the turn around time is 7-10 working days depending on how many holders you requested with your STP. Nothing is pre-made. Remember, this is custom gear, made just for you.

You will also see this on the Request form where you will be asked if you Understand this and agree to the turn around time (although we outline this, many check Yes without reading anything - we are baffled by this)

 

2: Question:
How long does it take to get to me once my gear has shipped?

Answer:
In the USA - the flat shipping fee of $6 is for Priority 2-3 business day mail. This is not a guaranteed service so, that means it can take longer and there is not a thing we can do about it.

If you chose Overnight (1 day express for $20) this is 1 business day in most areas, however some smaller cities ot towns can tale 2 days.

This IS a guaranteed service.

Outside the USA (Canada and Overseas) the flat shipping fee of $17 is for Priority 6-10 business day mail.

This is not a guaranteed service so, that means it can take longer, especially when customs tends to hold up packages waiting to be processed, and there is not a thing we can do about it.

There is no overnight offered.

You will also see ship times on the Request form where you will check what shipping time you want (although we outline these times, many check Yes without reading anything - we are baffled by this)

 

3: Question:
If I ask for my gear to be made sooner than the days outlined, can it be?

Answer:
No. ALL items are made in the order paid for. This is the fair and just thing. I doubt you would want us to place another's before yours, even though you paid before they did...yes?

Please don't ask.

 

4: Question:
Can I text or email asking how my gear is progressing?

Answer:
Not if you want it done. And if texts/emails are sent , despite this, we reserve the right to refund your money, on the spot.
