I was ripped off by the other guy and was very concerned that I would be ripped off again when I ordered the stud. The gear guy came thru for me. He kept in contact with me several times thru text and answered all my emails. I love my stud.

I was given an estimated date when my STUD would be done. The gear guy was not able to make that date, running a couple days behind but always kept in touch with me and because he didn't honor the date he told me, he sent a shipping refund in cash with my stuff. I was impressed with him, my stud and the service.

When [the gear guy] was sick he send me a text  to let me know what was going on. He said he'd get mine done by a certain date and that's exactly what he did.

[The gear guy] was running a few days behind on making my STUD. He contacted me by text message and actually called and left a voicemail to make sure I knew! Then to my surprise, I found a $5 bill in my order with a note apologizing for being late - he refunded my shipping charge! Now that's customer service. I was never out of the loop.
